Anal play typically is not spontaneous. At least, I don’t do it spontaneously. Usually you avoid foods that make you poop a lot for 24 hours prior (no greasy foods or mexican foods or whatever). You make sure to empty your bowls prior to play. I usually take a shower before I use my butt plugs, and I have a shower head on a hose, so I make sure to hose down the area.
